Cutting the cowl created lots of dust in the workshop so I moved the RV outside and gave the workshop a complete clean and tidy. Back in the workshop I started planning the baffle fitting, by creating profile templates of the cowl.

Looks sunny. It's warm in the sun but very cool in the shade. Roll on summer!!!
I gave the fuse a good dust off.


Here I have created templates to show the profile of the top cowl. This will enable me to shape the baffles - they are directly under the cowl and need to follow the profile with a 3/8" gap.
