Now I have the cowls fitted I am fitting the baffles - a tricky job to get correct

I have trimmed the lower half of this baffle part. As you can see from the untouched top part it needs quite a bit of trimming.
On the otherside now, the front section has been trimmed to fit in the cowl (it may still require a little more trimming for the 3/8 to 1/2" gap against the cowl). You can see the amount of the rear that needs trimming.



The trim line (in read marker pen) on the rear shows the trimming required. The amount of trimming on the rear is far less than at the front.
The left side almost complete - the bump will be trimmed out when I finish trimming to give a 3/8 - 1/2" gap against the cowl.
